Financial details are not stored (credit or debit card numbers) electronically or by any other means.

Card details taken over the telephone or by any other method are destroyed as soon as possible after application.

Names, addresses and contact details are stored for our mutual benefit only, and not used for any other purpose

or divulged to any third party.

Dispatch of goods 

Orders are dispatched same day, whenever possible. If there is a shortfall of any items, the remainder of the order

is still dispatched and the shortage is sent when available.

Postage and packing

10% of the order value, with a minimum charge of £1.00p

Outside UK, 20% of the order value, with a minimum charge of £1.50p

This is usually reasonably accurate.

If the order is of a high value, but light, as is the case with micro screws for example, the post & packing is reduced to a

lesser amount at our discretion and any balance credited. If the post & packing charge is insufficient, we pay the extra.

Goods are sent by Royal Mail first class post. Heavier packets and parcels are sent by Parcel Force standard parcel post.

Value added tax

We are not eligible for VAT.

Guarantee

All goods are guaranteed. A full refund will be made if not completely satisfied.

Any goods found to be not suitable or if you just change your mind, a full refund will be given, as long as they are

returned in a re-saleable condition and unused. The postal cost of you returning the goods is negotiable, based on

the circumstances. If we send the incorrect goods in error, then we will pay the full return postal charges, and send

the correct goods post free.
